What to expect?

Meghan will lead us through a Tea Ceremony using Sacred Circle Tea which is a blend of hawthorn and rose and has the same heart-opening and medicinal properties as cacao but is a UK-native, ethical, authentic alternative with no counter-indications or side effects. Sacred Circle Tea was created by Meghan in partnership with Cuppa Kindness Tea to support you to connect to your heart and to the land you live on.

Tracey will then lead you through a heart opening sound journey to enhance your experience of the medicinal property of the tea. Tracey will guide you with a harmonious synergy of sound, frequency and vibration, using instruments such as gongs, drums, bowls, koshi bells and ocean drum. Tracey will also use her mercury tuning fork, which vibrates at the frequency of communication and enhances the opening of the heart chakra, applying direct vibration onto your body and throughout your nervous system, to further deepen your connection and healing.

We will open and close our time together with partner and group shares.
